The head of one of the Odessa companies, which mediates the employment of sailors on fishing and trading vessels, turned out to be a spy in favor of the FSB. He transmitted intelligence data regarding Ukrainian defensive positions and infrastructural facilities. However, he was caught red-handed, and the court decided to sentence the defendant to 15 years in prison.
The convicted person voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the Russian special services and transmitted intelligence data regarding Ukrainian defensive positions and critical infrastructure. In particular, the agent sent coordinates of the location of the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, positions of anti-aircraft missile systems, objects of the seaport, and the radio-television transmission center. The criminal planned to receive a reward from the occupying administration if the city was captured. But he was caught 'with a peace hand'. The court found him guilty of treason and sentenced him to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property. This story is another example of betrayal and espionage in favor of foreign services, which have borne responsibility for their treacherous actions.
