Ivan Donchenko's 2025 Financial Disclosure

According to Novyny.live: Ukraine's anti-corruption transparency rules require public officials to file annual asset and income declarations. On January 5, 2026, Ivan Donchenko—deputy head of the Odesa City Military Administration—submitted his 2025 declaration, detailing his property, earnings, and family members.

Donchenko is registered in Odesa and listed his wife, Kateryna Kovalchuk, and daughter, Ilariya Donchenko, as family members. His declared real estate includes:

  • a 736-square-meter land plot acquired in 2024;
  • two apartments: one 63.4 square meters held in joint ownership, and another 51.7 square meters purchased in 2022 for 542,850 hryvnias;
  • a 13.8-square-meter parking space;
  • a 6.5-square-meter non-residential premises.

Donchenko also reported two vehicles: a 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander and a 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser 200, the latter bought in 2023. His annual salary from the joint-stock company Odesa Thermal Power Plant totaled 1,047,568 hryvnias. Additionally, he earned 27,500 hryvnias and 172,440 hryvnias in bank interest. His bank accounts hold over 2.8 million hryvnias, and he possesses 50,000 U.S. dollars in cash, plus 600 U.S. dollars in a bank account.
