Ukrainians spent 110 billion on cars: what this says about the economy.

There are certain sectors that are actively functioning - for production for the army and defense, but some other sectors have slowed down due to decreased consumer demand. However, there are also positive aspects.

In 2024, Ukrainians spent over 110 billion hryvnias on new cars. This indicates the availability of funds in the country and consumer activity, according to economist Eduard Karazhiya.

Karazhiya also emphasized that the main support comes from international partners and funds that are supporting Ukraine until the conflict ends. He urged to remain optimistic, as aid from the world is flowing in, and the country's budget is protected regardless of income sources.
