Occupants attacked the Zaporizhzhia region: houses are on fire.
On the evening of December 31, the occupiers attacked the Zaporizhzhia region, leading to damage to civilian facilities. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration Ivan Fedorov.
“As a result of the enemy attack, several private houses are on fire in one of the settlements in the region,” he stated.
According to Fedorov, emergency service workers are on the scene of the incident and successfully rescued one woman.
Earlier, several explosions occurred in the Zaporizhzhia region, which, it is claimed, were caused by a Russian attack on air defense systems. The alarm was lifted at midnight.

Over the last day, the enemy launched five missile strikes (25 missiles) on Ukrainian territory. Eight aerial strikes were also made, including 14 KABs, and 376 kamikaze drones were used. Enemy forces carried out more than 2500 shellings of our troops' positions and settlements.
Additionally, Russian troops launched 494 strikes on nineteen settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region the previous day, including Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, and Novodariivka, which were shelled by seven missiles from multiple launch rocket systems.
There was also a recorded shelling during the filming of a New Year's video by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko.
