Reserve+: when the status of Wanted disappears after paying a fine for violating military registration
The TCC and SP have the right to enter data about citizens who violated military registration rules into the Unified State Register of conscripts, military personnel and reservists. As a result, the status 'Wanted' appears in the 'Reserve+' application, but after paying the fine it should disappear.

This was reported by specialists from the law firm INSEININ.

Who can be wanted by the TCC and SP

If a citizen did not appear at the military recruitment office after receiving a summons, refused to undergo a VLK or evaded updating data, they may be held administratively responsible and declared wanted. The fine for violating military registration amounts to 17,000 to 25,000 hryvnias, but may be higher if the violation is repeated or committed under special conditions.

When does the status 'Wanted' disappear after paying the fine

After a citizen has paid the fine in 'Reserve+', data on the punishment execution is sent to the military recruitment office, where changes are made to the 'Oberih' register. The process of removing from the wanted list usually takes from three to five working days, as it is necessary for the system to be updated. During this period, the status may remain.

Let us remind you that sometimes after paying the fine, a red ribbon with a notification about the search reappears in the 'Reserve+' application. Legal experts explained why this happens.

We also reported that a service for paying fines for non-appearance at a summons has been launched in 'Reserve+'. You can pay not the full fine but only 50%.
