The state-owned 'PrivatBank' has announced the launch of an innovative face payment service through FacePay. Now, customers of the 'Aurora' multi-market chain will be able to pay for purchases by simply looking at the terminal's camera. This technology will allow customers to forget about their wallet and smartphone while shopping.FacePay will be available at all retail outlets in the chain with Android POS terminals. The innovation will require users to just glance at the camera and confirm with a PIN code for security. Stores promise that this is just the first step towards a 'smart store', where shopping will be faster and more comfortable.
