Oschadbank's 2026 Fee Structure Revision

According to Novyny.live: In 2026, Oschadbank, one of Ukraine's largest state-owned banks, has updated its pricing for a range of banking services. This adjustment includes increased costs for notification services and several account maintenance packages, affecting how clients are charged for messages and statements.

Updated Pricing Details

The annual fee for SMS notifications has been set at 480 hryvnias. The monthly cost for an SMS alert package has risen to 40 hryvnias, up from the previous rate of 25 hryvnias. Similarly, the monthly fee for Viber notifications has increased to 25 hryvnias, compared to the old price of 15 hryvnias. For in-branch printed account statements detailing transaction history, the fee is now 150 hryvnias, a rise from 100 hryvnias.

Furthermore, the charge for receiving an account balance notification via a teller, terminal, or ATM has gone up from 3 hryvnias to 5 hryvnias. It is important to note that the first such request of the day remains free of charge, and there is no fee (0 hryvnias) for an attempted transaction that exceeds the available balance on a card.

The tariff changes also apply to specific account packages like 'My Card', 'MORE', and 'Children's Card'. Customers can opt to receive alerts through various channels, including Push notifications in the Mobile Oschad app, Viber, SMS, and E-mail.

Oschadbank's review of its tariffs is a response to shifts in the economic environment and evolving client needs.

The increase in service fees is likely aimed at covering rising operational costs and investments in system modernization. Account holders are advised to review the new terms carefully to manage their financial planning for banking services effectively.
