Oschadbank apologized for technical failures: customers cannot pay utility bills.
According to inkorr.com: In social networks, customers of the state Oschadbank express their outrage over technical failures in the operation of branches, which complicate the payment of utility bills. One such case was described by a user named Andriy S., who faced difficulties after a working day.
'We came to the branch after work, but we cannot pay for utility services because the programs crashed. There are about 50 people in line and this is not the first time,' – wrote the dissatisfied customer, addressing the bank with a question about the timeline for resolving the issues.
Andriy also noted that the situation causes inconvenience for visitors: 'Maybe people have nothing to do but stand in your branch for half an hour after work.'
Response from Oschadbank representative
A representative of Oschadbank's head office commented on the situation, apologizing for the inconvenience, and noted that software failures occur 'quite rarely', and the bank is trying to minimize their likelihood.
'If this has happened, then there are several options for further developments: you can stay and wait for the service to restore operation or come back a little later. There is also the option to pay through a self-service terminal or online,' – replied the bank representative.
She also emphasized the advantages of remote payments: 'The bank constantly emphasizes the possibility of making payments, including utility bills online through the mobile Oschad or the web version of Oschad 24/7. It is convenient, fast, and beneficial, as the fees are lower than similar operations at the bank's cash desk.'
Overall, the Oschadbank representative once again highlighted the importance of using remote payment methods, which allow saving time and effort for customers. The bank promises to work on eliminating technical issues in its branches.
This situation highlights the importance of reliable operation of financial institutions, especially during critical times when customers need urgent assistance. Oschadbank once again emphasizes the convenience of remote services that can be the optimal solution during technical problems in branches.
