Ukrainian Paralympians became the first at the World Rowing Championship in Shanghai.
According to inkorr.com: The national Paralympic team of Ukraine in rowing won first place at the world championship held in Shanghai. This was reported by 'Glavcom'.
Our athletes won 1 gold and 2 silver medals, taking first place for the total number of awards and second place for gold medals.

It is worth remembering that Ukraine took 10th place in the overall medal standings at the European Youth Olympic Festival, winning 5 gold, 8 silver, and 10 bronze medals.
This performance was the second most successful in the history of Ukraine at festivals held since 1993! The Ukrainian team won more medals only in 2019 when they earned 25 awards.
Judo was the most successful sport, in which our athletes won six medals, including a bronze in the mixed team tournament on the last day of the competition.
In addition to judo, awards for Ukraine were won by athletes in disciplines such as swimming (2 golds, 2 silvers, and 1 bronze), athletics (1 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronzes), taekwondo (2 silvers and 1 bronze), shooting (1 silver and 1 bronze), rhythmic gymnastics (1 silver and 1 bronze), and table tennis (1 bronze).
The Ukrainian national team in rowing confirmed their high level, becoming the world champion with 1 gold and 2 silver medals. Their achievements in international competitions testify to the professionalism and high training of our athletes.
