If a conscripted citizen is raising the children of his wife from a previous marriage, he can try to obtain a deferment from mobilization as a father of many children. However, for this, he needs to go to court and obtain a ruling on the fact of raising these children by the citizen. On the portal 'Lawyers.UA', it was learned that large families have the right to deferment from mobilization. Lawyers received a request from a citizen who was interested in the possibility of obtaining a deferment if he is raising one child and two children from his wife's previous marriage. A lawyer explained that to obtain a deferment, one must have a court ruling on the upbringing of these children, and not just a large family passport. Another lawyer confirmed that it is important to have a court ruling regarding the upbringing of children if you want to obtain a deferment.
