Pensions-2025: Ukrainians told the new requirements for experience and the amount of payments.

According to TSN.ua, in Ukraine in 2025, the minimum pension will remain at the level of 2361 hryvnias for people without the necessary experience. The living wage will be 2920 hryvnias, and the minimum wage will be 8000 hryvnias, according to the state budget.

President Volodymyr Zelensky stated in the Verkhovna Rada on November 19 that there are funds for pensions. He emphasized: 'This year and next, regardless of political turbulence anywhere in the world, all salaries and pensions in Ukraine will be paid according to the law.'

According to expert Lydia Tkachenko, in March 2025, pensions will be indexed by 10-12%. Minister of Social Policy Oksana Zhelnovich confirmed the availability of funds for indexing.

Requirements for experience to receive a pension will also increase. In 2025, to retire at 60 years, you need to have at least 32 years of experience, at 63 years - from 22 to 32 years, and at 65 years - a minimum of 22 years.

Starting from July 1, 2025, the government plans to implement pension reform. According to the draft law on cumulative pension provision, part of the unified social contribution (USC) will be directed to the employees' cumulative accounts: in the first year - 1%, in the second - 1.5%, and in the third - 2%.
