Pensioners explained the new rules of video identification: what to do.
According to inkorr.com: The Pension Fund of Ukraine reminded pensioners about the video identification process, which allows confirming the identity of the pension payment recipient via video communication.
Required documents
During the video conference, the pensioner must have a passport or ID card, show and read the document details, and also provide their registration number of the taxpayer's accounting card.
Additional conditions for pensioners without RNOCPP
If a pensioner does not have an RNOCPP for religious reasons, additional questions about the pension certificate and work activity may be asked during the procedure. If another person represents the pensioner, they need to provide documents confirming their authority, such as adoptive parents, guardians, or foster parents.
Special conditions for children
If the pension is received by a child, the representative must have a birth certificate. If physical assistance is needed during the procedure, the assistant must also provide documents confirming their identity.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine emphasized the importance of conducting the video identification procedure for pensioners. During the video conference, it is necessary to have all the required documents to confirm identity, as well as authority, if a representative is present.
Conducting video identification is an essential component of the social security system in Ukraine, as it allows for a quick and easy confirmation of the identity of pension payment recipients. This not only simplifies the process of receiving pensions but also ensures greater transparency and security in relations with state institutions. Pensioners are advised to prepare all documents in advance to avoid misunderstandings during video conferences.Read also
