On November 13, the Russian army attempted to break through the Ukrainian defense at the Kupyansk sector, as reported by the Ukrainian General Staff.
According to the General Staff, Russian occupiers attacked Ukrainian positions with assault teams in four waves. The Ukrainian armed forces successfully defended themselves and destroyed the enemy's tank vehicles and personnel.
The General Staff was surprised, however, that some Russian soldiers wore the uniform of the Ukrainian armed forces. The General Staff emphasized that such actions constitute a violation of the laws and rules of war and are considered war crimes.
The successes of the Ukrainian infantry, tank crews, artillerymen, and drone operators who stopped the enemy and destroyed its equipment and a large part of its personnel are worth mentioning.
Several months ago, the Russian army began to actively advance on the Vremiivka front with the aim of expelling the Ukrainian armed forces from Russian territory.
