How to Check the Possibility of Replacing Oschadbank Cards Remotely

On the bank's social media page, users ask where to replace cards whose validity has expired.

'My pension card has expired, I need to receive a new one. I initially obtained the card in Dnipro, but I now live in another place in Ukraine. Can I receive (reissue) a new pension card at any nearby branch, or do I have to travel to Dnipro?'

According to a representative of the 'Oschadbank' office, there are no restrictions regarding card replacement in branches. The service is available at any bank branch.

Detailed information on the possibility of reissuing the card remotely can be obtained by calling the bank's contact center.

'You can reissue the card by visiting any bank branch. You can also call the financial number to the contact center 0800210800, and the consultant will check the possibility of reissuing the card remotely.'

You can visit the bank branch for card replacement at a convenient time for you, bringing your passport and old card. The replacement process is free if up to six cards were issued within the year.

Which Oschadbank Cards Have Been Canceled

According to the bank's information, due to martial law, the validity of most payment cards was automatically extended until December 31, 2025. However, starting from July, cards whose validity has already expired were canceled.

The following cards have been closed:

  • validity expired between February 2022 and March 2025 and at least one transaction was made during this time;
  • validity expired in February 2022, but there were no transactions on the account during the last six months.

Previously, questions were raised about charging fees during data updates at 'Oschadbank'. Users may also face difficulties withdrawing large sums of money through ATMs, so it is advised to contact the cash desk of the branch directly.

Some old 'Oschadbank' cards were canceled starting July 2025. The bank provided useful information on card replacement rules and the possibility of obtaining a new card remotely. According to the bank, there are no restrictions regarding card replacement in branches, and the service is available at any branch.
