PFU responded whether it is possible to submit a passport in Dії for the identification of a pensioner.
Ukrainian pensioners were answered about the possibility of undergoing identification at the service center of the Pension Fund using an electronic passport in the Dії application.
The press service of the PFU reported that the government has decided to improve the digital interaction of state bodies.
According to the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the service centers of the Pension Fund can accept an electronic passport formed in the Dії application to confirm the identity.
Since August 2021, in the PFU service centers, it is possible to use not only an electronic passport, but also a birth certificate and a tax number to receive services.
The Pension Fund and the Ministry of Digital Transformation plan to expand the number of documents for use in the "Dії" application.
Earlier it was reported about an increase in payments to Ukrainians.
