Ukrainian individual entrepreneurs who are mobilized under contract no longer have to pay taxes and report on them during military service. Such relief from tax burdens was previously not applied to participants in contract service. Changes in the Tax Code regulate this situation and come into effect in Ukraine.

In particular, from now on, entrepreneurs who have a contract for military service are exempt from paying taxes such as personal income tax, single tax, military levy, and unified social contribution. This applies to the specified period of service under the contract and is legalized according to the new legislation.
The State Tax Service clarified that the exemption from paying various taxes and fees for mobilized individual entrepreneurs is applied automatically, starting from the first day of mobilization or contract signing.
