How to obtain OK-5 certificate on the Pension Fund web portal

The press service of the Pension Fund reports that it is now possible to quickly and conveniently obtain the OK-5 certificate on the electronic services web portal.

This certificate can be obtained for free at any convenient time. The digital document is an electronic equivalent of the paper certificate.

To obtain this certificate, you need to:

• Visit the website of the Pension Fund of Ukraine

Log into your personal account using one of the methods:

• using an electronic signature (KEP)
• through the GovID system
• through Bank.ID (if you use online banking)

After that, you will be able to create the electronic OK-5 certificate.
