According to ТСН: The Ukrainian delegation held a series of constructive meetings in Florida with American and European partners to discuss the next steps toward a just peace.

Ukraine was represented in the negotiations by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov. The Ukrainian side was also represented by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Andriy Hnatov. The American side was represented by special envoys Steve Vitkoff and Jared Kushner, as well as White House staffer Josh Gruenbaum. Key advisors on national security from European countries also participated in the meetings.

Umerov noted that a separate meeting in the format of the USA-Ukraine took place, where the parties focused on four main directions:

• continuation of discussions on the 20-point plan;
• alignment of positions on a multilateral security guarantees agreement;
• preparation of a bilateral security guarantees agreement from the USA;
• development of an economic recovery and prosperity plan for Ukraine.

“Our common priority is to stop the killings, achieve guaranteed security, and create conditions for rebuilding, stability, and long-term prosperity for Ukraine. Peace should not just mean a cessation of hostilities but also a solid foundation for the future,” Umerov emphasized.

He also highlighted Ukraine's commitment to achieving a fair and sustainable peace and expressed gratitude for the support and leadership of the United States.

U.S. Special Envoy Steve Vitkoff confirmed that recent days have brought productive negotiations among Ukrainian, American, and European parties aimed at aligning a common strategic approach.

These negotiations in Florida demonstrate the active efforts of Ukraine and its partners to resolve the conflict through diplomacy. The latest discussions are aimed at creating a foundation for further cooperation in ensuring security for Ukraine and developing the economy, which are crucial aspects for stability in the region.
