Supported the war. Russian national team footballer Sobolev was added to the "Myrotvorets" database.
Player of "Zenit" and the Russian national team Oleksandr Sobolev was included in the "Myrotvorets" website database.
The "Myrotvorets" website states that he is an accomplice in the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens.
Sobolev participated in a campaign where football players entered the match together with the children of participants of Russian aggression against Ukraine. This action took place before the Russian Premier League match CSKA - "Zenit", which was held on September 14 in Moscow.
The event was organized by the so-called "Defenders of the Fatherland" foundation. This organization, in particular, provides assistance to Russian occupiers and their family members. All the children participating in the campaign wore T-shirts with the foundation's emblem.
All the football players entered the match holding the hands of the children of Russian occupiers.
Oleksandr Sobolev - a successful footballer
Oleksandr Sobolev was born on March 7, 1997, in Barnaul. He played 14 matches for the Russian national team, in which he scored 6 goals. He was also named the best player of the month in the Russian Premier League three times. The Russian Football Union twice included Sobolev in the list of the top 33 players of the season.
Let us recall that the former Ukrainian national team footballer Anatoliy Tymoshchuk, who currently works as an assistant coach at St. Petersburg's "Zenit", has joined in helping the Russian occupiers.
The native of Lutsk handed over his autographed jersey to the organizers of an auction on the social network Telegram, which raises funds for the Russian army. It is noted that Tymoshchuk's jersey was sold for 700,000 rubles (approximately $7500).
"The jersey in the colors of the blockade ribbon for the match in memory of the victims of the Leningrad blockade. The proceeds will be directed to the Kursk region," the auction organizers state.
They also posted a photo of Tymoshchuk himself holding this jersey. On the playing kit of St. Petersburg's "Zenit", the autograph of the traitor footballer can be seen.
