To ensure there are no inflated amounts in the bills, gas meter readings should be submitted from the 1st to the 5th of the month. This can be done in the personal account of the national operator 'Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine', if the consumer has a contract with this company. Naftogaz clients can use various methods to submit data, such as:

• in the personal account on the website my.gas.ua;
• in the GASUA chatbot on Telegram;
• in the Viber chatbot;
• on the Naftogaz website, entering the personal account number;
• by sending a message to the short number 4647;
• through the Naftogaz contact center at the numbers: 066 300 28 88/098 300 28 88/093 300 28 88.

In some regions, including Kyiv and Poltava, local operators are working, offering consumers their services for submitting readings.
