In western Ukraine, thermometers will show +11 to +16 °C, though the Carpathian region will be cooler at +2 to +7 °C. Winds will predominantly come from the northeast, gusting at 5–10 meters per second.
Natalka Didenko highlights that rain is most likely in western Ukraine and the southern part of the Odesa region.
Notably, nine Class C solar flares were recorded on the Sun on March 28, marking a significant astronomical event. Additionally, on March 29, Ukraine shifts to daylight saving time, which may affect daily schedules and public activity levels.
