October 3 in Ukraine: sharp temperature fluctuations expected with the first frosts.

According to inkorr.com: According to the forecast by meteorologist Natalka Didenko, a clear day without precipitation is expected in Ukraine on October 3, but with noticeable temperature fluctuations in different regions. The most comfortable weather conditions will be observed in the east and south, where temperatures will rise to almost summer values during the day, while it will be significantly colder in the west, with night frosts.
In the southern and eastern regions, as well as in Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava regions, the forecasted temperature is around +14...+19 degrees Celsius. The central regions, such as Vinnytsia and Cherkasy, will have temperatures from +10 to +14 degrees Celsius. The northern part of the country will warm up to +10...+13 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperatures are expected in the west, where during the day it will be only +8...+11 degrees Celsius, and at night the temperature will drop to 0...+4 degrees Celsius, with possible frosts down to -1 degree Celsius.
'On Friday, Ukraine can finally take a breath from the rains, and the sun may peek out, unless the fogs cover it,'- noted the meteorologist.
In Kyiv, the weather will be cold, however, warming up to +12 degrees Celsius is possible tomorrow, and +14 degrees Celsius on Saturday. After that, temperatures are expected to be around +10...+13 degrees Celsius in the capital. The wind will predominantly come from the eastern direction, moderate, and in the south and east - even strong.
Regarding the heating season, Natalka Didenko noted:
'Heating is not yet an issue because the average daily air temperature must be at least three days below +8 degrees Celsius.'
'Stay warm, think about alternative safe sources of heat, such as additional cats, and don’t hesitate to wear thick or funny hats - let’s stay healthy!' - the meteorologist advised Ukrainians.
Thus, the weather forecast for October 3, 2025, predicts dry weather with sharp temperature changes. Higher temperatures are expected in the east and south of the country, while western regions will remain cool. Ukrainians are advised to be prepared for temperature fluctuations and seek alternative heating methods.
