Elsewhere, overnight temperatures will be between +5 and +10 °C, while daytime readings will be slightly warmer at +13 to +18 °C. Winds are forecast from the northwest at 5–10 m/s. This cold snap will be accompanied by overcast skies throughout the day.

Fog is expected in the northeastern and most central regions, which could reduce visibility on roads. Additionally, thunderstorms are possible in Cherkasy, Sumy, and Chernihiv oblasts.

Meteorologist Natalka Didenko stated, 'The air temperature will drop. Furthermore, precipitation is anticipated.'
