In western areas, nighttime lows will range from +1 to +6 °C, with daytime highs reaching +7 to +12 °C. Elsewhere, overnight temperatures will be between +5 and +10 °C, while daytime readings will be slightly warmer at +13 to +18 °C. Winds are forecast from the northwest at 5–10 m/s. This cold snap will be accompanied by overcast skies throughout the day.
Fog is expected in the northeastern and most central regions, which could reduce visibility on roads. Additionally, thunderstorms are possible in Cherkasy, Sumy, and Chernihiv oblasts.
Meteorologist Natalka Didenko stated, 'The air temperature will drop. Furthermore, precipitation is anticipated.'
Residents across Ukraine should prepare for shifting weather conditions and factor them into their plans for April 1.
The cooling and possible precipitation at the start of April could impact agriculture, as lower temperatures and moisture may affect plant development.
