According to The Sun: During a tense match in Bolivia between the teams Blooming and Bolivar, a mass brawl occurred, forcing the police to intervene and use tear gas after another fight.
The clash took place at the end of the first half of the match, and five players received red cards. Two more were sent off after continuing the conflict that erupted on the field.
“This match was an example of unacceptable behavior on the football field,”
- noted representatives of the Bolivian football federation.
A total of eight yellow cards were shown during the game, highlighting the tension and aggression that prevailed throughout the match.
