Poland detains Ukrainians for espionage: what is known about the case.
According to inkorr.com: In Katowice, two Ukrainians have been detained on suspicion of espionage on behalf of a foreign intelligence service. This is a 32-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man who were gathering intelligence information on Polish territory.

This incident was reported by the representative of the Minister-Coordinator of Special Services of Poland, Jacek Dobrzyński, via his Twitter account.
Investigation details
According to police data, the detainees were studying information about Polish military personnel and critical infrastructure, including transportation facilities used to support Ukraine.
'They are charged with espionage under the Criminal Code of Poland. The case is being investigated by the Military Affairs Department of the District Prosecutor's Office in Lublin.'
Preventive measure
The court has chosen a preventive measure of a three-month detention for the suspects.
As a result of a joint investigation by the Military Counterintelligence Service and the Internal Security Agency of Poland, Ukrainians were detained who were involved in gathering intelligence information about Polish servicemen and critical infrastructure of the country.
