According to the OVA spokesperson, 17 people were reported injured as a result of the Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia. Private construction and the university building were also affected. Russian troops attacked private houses and agricultural structures, including the building of the Zaporizhzhia National Polytechnic University. According to the OVA spokesperson, among the injured, four were hospitalized, 11 received emergency assistance, and several people are undergoing examination.
'Today, terrorists attacked Zaporizhzhia with strike drones of the type 'Shahed' or 'Lancet' between 10 and 11 in the morning. Several impacts were recorded. Many houses were damaged or destroyed, including cars and agricultural buildings. The National University 'Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic' was affected, one of the educational buildings sustained roof damage, where a fire broke out. Many premises on the territory were also destroyed,' the spokesperson stated.
After the attack by Russian troops, all measures to eliminate the consequences are taking place under constant air alerts. According to the OVA spokesperson, threats continue, but casualties have been avoided. Restoration work of electricity supply continues, and it is hoped that by the end of the day all residents will have electricity again.
