From December 1, 2025, there will be one less supplier in the gas market: what consumers should do.

According to ТСН: From December 1, 2025, one of the suppliers in the gas supply sector for household consumers will disappear. LLC "Energy Trade Group" will cease its services to the population, as it did not extend the gas purchase and sale agreement with "Naftogaz Trading".

Consumers of the company can already choose a new supplier. If this is not done, gas will be provided temporarily for 60 days by the supplier of "Naftogaz Ukraine". After the end of this period, without a new gas supply contract, the supply will be stopped.

Gas tariffs

Annual tariffs will remain unchanged and will range from 7.96 to 9.99 UAH per cubic meter. In December, monthly tariffs will decrease, ranging from 8.46 to 27.99 UAH per cubic meter.

The main remaining tariffs for consumers will be annual. Most Ukrainian households (98%, over 12 million families) receive gas from "Naftogaz". The annual tariff, valid until April 2026, is 7.96 UAH per cubic meter.

It is also worth mentioning that in June 2025, some citizens received a third receipt for natural gas - for its technical maintenance.

This bill is sent once every three or five years - depending on the age of the house and the condition of the gas equipment:

• over 25 years - once every three years

• under 25 years - once every five years

Changes in gas supply may complicate the situation for many consumers. Therefore, it is important for citizens to promptly choose a new supplier to avoid interruptions in gas supply. At the same time, the annual tariffs, which will remain stable, will allow consumers to plan their heating and gas supply expenses in advance, regardless of temporary changes in the market.
