According to inkorr.com: With the onset of cold weather, Ukrainians face higher electricity costs as they use more energy for heating and lighting. British studies show that the most energy-consuming devices are found in kitchens and utility rooms.
“Especially merciless appliances in an average family of four - large household appliances, including washing machines,” the experts say.
TOP most expensive devices per year
According to the research, the highest costs in households are associated with washing machines and refrigerators. The costs for a washing machine amount to about 20,940 hryvnias, while for a refrigerator it's 18,860 hryvnias. Next in the ranking are dishwashers, dryers, ovens, air fryers, and electric kettles.
