Termination of transit from the Russian Federation: Naftogaz made a statement about gas prices for Ukrainians.
Naftogaz assured that the gas tariff will remain unchanged until 2025
In the National Joint Stock Company 'Naftogaz of Ukraine', it was reported that the cost of gas will remain unchanged. With the beginning of the new year, Ukrainians are concerned about a possible increase in utility tariffs, including gas. However, Naftogaz guarantees its customers that the price will remain unchanged - 7.96 hryvnias per cubic meter until the end of April 2025.
The company also emphasizes that the moratorium on raising tariffs for the population is still in effect. 'We want to reassure our customers: the price of gas remains unchanged - 7.96 UAH per cubic meter until the end of April 2025. There are no plans to change gas prices for households. The moratorium on raising tariffs for the population continues,' the message states.
Naftogaz also states that changes in the transit of Russian gas will not affect the well-being of Ukrainian families. 'Considering numerous inquiries regarding changes in the transit of Russian gas, we assure: this will not affect the well-being of Ukrainian families. We guarantee stable tariffs and reliable gas supply to every Ukrainian household,' the company added.
Let us remind you that in Transnistria, a gas Armageddon has begun due to the termination of transit through Ukraine.
