PrivatBank has updated its services - what has changed for clients.
Changes in the application 'Privat24 for Business' of the state 'PrivatBank' affected some clients from July 15, 2025. The updates became available for Ukrainian entrepreneurs, aimed at simplifying access to banking services.
The update of the application 'Privat24 for Business' to version 3.30.0 for Android and iOS users has expanded the functionality for entrepreneurs. Now it is possible to arrange a credit limit 'Entrepreneurial' directly through the application, as well as manage existing credit agreements.
- Obtaining loans
Now entrepreneurs can arrange a credit limit 'Entrepreneurial' in the application, including viewing the terms, submitting applications, and signing agreements.
- Transaction statement
A feature for viewing informational messages has appeared to improve client awareness of transactions.
- Opening deposits
The ability to open agreements with the signing of additional documents for individual entrepreneurs has been provided.
Features of 'Privat24 for Business'
In the application 'Privat24 for Business', entrepreneurs can create and exchange template documents, register tax invoices, issue payment invoices, and receive free technical support.
It is also worth noting that starting from 2026, some services in PrivatBank will become paid, including the service for organizing international shipments of reissued plastic cards. The service 'All SMS' is also available for a fixed monthly fee.
As a result of the updates in the 'Privat24 for Business' application in 'PrivatBank', entrepreneurs received a convenient and expanded functionality for managing their financial operations, which will contribute to improving their banking service.
