PrivatBank introduces new tariffs for card delivery
According to inkorr.com: PrivatBank has announced changes to the tariffs for card delivery, effective January 1, 2026. This was reported by the bank's press service. According to the new terms, a single fee of 80 hryvnias (including VAT) is established for card delivery in Ukraine, and various tariffs for international card delivery are also introduced.
At the moment, clients can order delivery for free until December 31, 2025. The bank offers six types of orders per year, covering different categories of cards: 'Universal', 'Universal Gold', payment cards, and premium cards.
- Steps to order PrivatBank cards:
- 1. Go to the 'All cards' section;
- 2. Select the card for reissue;
- 3. Go to card settings;
- 4. Choose the 'Order card' option;
- 5. Complete the delivery order.
The delivery times for cards depend on the location: in Ukraine, they are delivered the next day, while abroad via the courier service 'Nova Poshta' – from 7 to 14 days. When activating a card, it is important to carefully check the packaging: if it is damaged, it is better not to activate the card.
Therefore, starting from 2026, PrivatBank is introducing new tariffs for card delivery, establishing a single fee for domestic delivery and different rates for international delivery. Clients still have the opportunity to order card delivery for free until the end of 2025.
