PrivatBank Launches International Card Delivery: Timelines and Conditions Revealed.
Replacing PrivatBank Cards
According to Novyny.live: PrivatBank has announced a new service enabling customers to remotely replace old cards or order new ones, with delivery available both within Ukraine and abroad. This initiative aims to simplify access to financial services for clients still using outdated cards.
Holders of older cards can continue using them for basic transactions, as their validity has been extended to ease the transition. However, certain operations will be restricted for these users. Notably, cash withdrawals overseas, transactions through foreign services, and online currency exchanges will no longer be possible.
Delivery of New Cards
Domestic delivery of new cards takes just one day within Ukraine. For international shipments, timelines vary depending on the carrier:
- Via Nova Poshta: 7 to 14 days;
- Via Ukrposhta: 7 to 30 days.
To enhance customer convenience, card delivery will remain free of charge until the end of this year.
For those looking to order a new card, PrivatBank offers a straightforward process through its mobile app, Privat24. Customers can easily place a delivery order by following a few simple steps.
Steps for ordering a card within Ukraine include:
- Selecting the remote ordering option in the app;
- Entering the required details;
- Confirming the order.
Similarly, for international orders, customers follow the same procedure, specifying a delivery address outside Ukraine.
Through this service, PrivatBank enables clients to conveniently and cost-free obtain new cards without needing to visit a branch.
This initiative is part of PrivatBank's broader strategy to improve access to financial services. - PrivatBank
The ease of remote ordering and complimentary card delivery are expected to boost customer service levels and user satisfaction. In the face of modern challenges such as pandemics or conflict, these services become especially vital for populations requiring financial support.
