In the state financial institution 'PrivatBank', new rules regarding some services will come into effect from January 1, 2026. Some of them will become chargeable. In particular, a fixed fee of 80 UAH including VAT is established for sending bank cards within the country. For international reissue of cards, a different tariff will apply depending on the destination country of the card.Cards can be ordered both for reissuing an old one and for a new virtual card in the 'Privat24' app. The ordering process is very simple and is completed in a few clicks in the PrivatBank app. Cards will be delivered either through Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. Customers also have the opportunity to save on service fees if they make payments through Privat24 with Visa. Thus, starting from the beginning of next year, new tariffs for the services of sending and delivering bank cards will come into effect at PrivatBank, and customers should be prepared for these changes.
