Prosecutors have handed the case of traitor Povalij to the court.

Singer Taisia Povalij is accused of crimes related to collaboration and justification of the aggression of the Russian Federation
The singer and former member of parliament Taisia Povalij has been charged with crimes related to collaborative activities, calls for aggressive war, and justification of armed aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The case has already been handed to the court. This was reported by the Office of the Attorney General.
In 2014, Povalij moved to Russia, where she currently resides and continues her creative and entrepreneurial activities. In 2023, she obtained Russian citizenship.
The investigation has established that the artist has anti-Ukrainian ideological motives and actively supports the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. She participates in political actions and gives interviews to propaganda media, in which she glorifies Russian military-political ideals and insults Ukrainians, calling them 'zombified Nazis'.
President Volodymyr Zelensky will impose personal sanctions against Povalij for five years based on the decision of the National Security and Defense Council. The documents indicate that she resides in Moscow.
During the second year of the war against Ukraine, the Security Service gathered evidence against Taisia Povalij that justifies the aggression of the Russian Federation. Based on this evidence, the investigators of the Security Service informed her of suspicion under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
It is also known that Povalij received Russian citizenship on August 24, 2023, on Ukraine's Independence Day. She also patented her firm, which gave her the opportunity to obtain citizenship of the aggressor country.
According to the prosecution, the High Anti-Corruption Court decided to confiscate Povalij's assets for the benefit of the state:
- seven land plots with a total area of 9.3 hectares;
- a residential building with an area of 442 sq. m;
