At 3:42 AM, Kalibr missiles were launched from the Black Sea. Minutes later, at 3:47 AM, Tu-95 and Tu-160 aircraft released missiles over the Volgograd region. As of 4:06 AM, the air raid alert remains in effect across all Ukrainian regions except for the following:
- Lviv
- Ivano-Frankivsk
- Ternopil
- Volyn
- Rivne
- Zakarpattia
- Chernivtsi
- Khmelnytskyi
The capital, Kyiv, also came under ballistic missile strikes overnight on March 14, with explosions reported in the city. The situation remains tense, and residents in many regions are staying on high alert for potential further threats.
