According to UATV: On July 27, 2023, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) took delivery of a new Rosenbauer Panther 8x8 airport firefighting vehicle. This delivery is part of ongoing international assistance to Ukraine's civil protection sector. The transfer was made possible through collaboration between the charitable foundation 'Ukrainian Firefighters,' the company North Defence, and the Ministry of Defense of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. According to the SESU,

'The vehicle provision was enabled thanks to the systematic support of Ukrainian rescuers by the Ukrainian Firefighters foundation, North Defence, and the Luxembourg Ministry of Defense, which consistently provide equipment, training, and other assistance.'
