According to FREEДOM: Today, August 23, the Russian army attacked Dnipropetrovsk region using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), artillery, and guided aerial bombs (GAB). According to the regional military administration, as a result of the shelling, one person was killed and nine were injured. This is reported by FREEДOM.
It is noted that the Russian army was striking the region throughout the day.
'In the Synelnykove district today, one person was killed, and another nine were injured,' - reported Serhiy Lysak.
According to him, in total, in the area, considering clarifications about the morning strikes and information throughout the day, seven private houses and a minibus were damaged.
'There were fires - the fire was extinguished. These were the consequences of drone and GAB attacks,' - said the head of the OVA.
He added that the Nikolske district was also hit.
'The enemy hit Nikopol, Marhanets, Pokrovsk, and Chervonohryhorivka communities. They used FPV drones and artillery. A gas pipeline and power line were affected. No people were harmed,' - Serhiy Lysak reported.

Earlier it was reported that at night today, August 23, Russian troops struck Ukraine with 49 strike UAVs of the Shahed ('Shahed') type and various imitation drones.
