According to UATV: A ballistic missile launched by Russian forces struck Ukraine’s Odesa region on July 1, 2023, killing two people and wounding 13 others. Among the injured, 11 required hospitalization. The attack also sparked fires and inflicted heavy damage on local industrial facilities.
Two warehouse structures were hit, and flames engulfed a 15-hectare wheat field. Fortunately, responders managed to preserve 35 hectares of Ukrainian grain. Local official Oleh Kiper confirmed the casualty figures. This incident underscores the ongoing severity of hostilities in the area and their devastating toll.
