Kremenchuk and Lubny districts of Poltava region subjected to large-scale Russian attack
On the night of August 19, Kremenchuk and Lubny districts of Poltava region felt the impact of a large-scale Russian attack. Dozens of explosions were heard in Kremenchuk, resulting in thick black smoke over the city, reports FREEДОМ.
Energy and transport infrastructure facilities were under enemy fire, stated Mayor Vitaliy Maletskyy. Information about the consequences is still being clarified.
'Regarding the damaged houses, a special commission will determine the extent of the damage for each apartment and house, and everyone will receive assistance and support,' emphasized Maletskyy.
According to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, a gas transportation system facility has been damaged in Poltava region. The enemy used cruise missiles and attack drones, which caused large-scale fires.
