According to inkorr.com: On the night of October 2-3, Poltava region suffered a massive strike from Russian troops. Although there were not many casualties, energy infrastructure, industrial enterprises, and private homes were affected. Rescuers who were dealing with the consequences of the shelling also became targets for missiles.

Emergency service specialists, in cooperation with local authorities, have already taken measures to eliminate the consequences of the attack and extinguish fires. Fortunately, all rescue service workers remained unharmed, but the restoration of damaged facilities is ongoing.
