According to UATV: On July 22, 2023, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the successful targeting of logistics centers inside Russia, as well as attacks on enemy assets in the Black and Azov Seas. According to Zelenskyy, two logistics hubs located in Russia's Krasnodar and Stavropol regions were hit during the operations.

Zelenskyy stated: 'Today, Ukraine's long-range sanctions successfully struck important targets in the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions.'

Additionally, the strikes destroyed a tanker and four cargo vessels belonging to Russia's shadow fleet. The Ukrainian president expressed gratitude, saying: 'We thank the warriors of the Ukrainian Defense Forces for these results.' He also emphasized the fairness of Ukraine's actions on the battlefield: 'It is absolutely just to bring the war home—to Russia.'
