In Reserve+ there will be two more deferrals: how to continue automatically now.
According to inkorr.com: In the Reserve+ application, there are currently 9 types of deferrals from mobilization, and this week their number will increase to 11: two more categories will enter testing. This was announced by the Head of Digital Products of the Ministry of Defense, Mstyslav Banik.
The main news is that most deferrals can now be extended automatically, reducing the need for personal visits to territorial recruitment centers.
'If the system can verify that a person still has grounds for receiving a deferral, such a deferral will not need to be extended independently,' explained Banik.
After processing the data, the system will send a notification about the extension of the deferral or a refusal. In case of a negative decision, documents will have to be submitted in person.
Change of procedure from November 1
Until October 31 inclusive, applications for deferral can be submitted directly to the Military Recruitment Center (MRC). Starting from November 1, 2025, the new procedure involves submitting documents through the Centers for Administrative Services (CAS).
CAS will accept documents from those liable for military service, which will then be transferred to the MRC for consideration by a special commission. This new procedure will simplify the process for citizens who cannot take advantage of the automatic extension of deferral through the Reserve+ application.
The improvement of the mobilization deferral system is aimed at simplifying procedures for citizens and automating the process of extending deferrals. This will significantly reduce administrative barriers and make interaction with military recruitment offices more accessible and convenient for all interested parties.
