According to inkorr.com: On the night of November 3 to 4, the Odesa region experienced serious attacks from Russian drones. This was reported by Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa regional state administration.
Kiper stated that despite the effective work of the air defense, which shot down most of the enemy drones, damage to civil port and energy infrastructure was recorded. 'As a result of the strikes, fires broke out. Roads, production facilities, and equipment were damaged. Rescuers quickly extinguished the fire,' he said.
Kiper also reported that there were no fatalities or injuries from the attacks, and electricity supply remained stable.
Electricity Supply Restrictions Due to Attacks
Moreover, on November 4, electricity supply restrictions will be imposed in some regions of Ukraine due to the impact of Russian missile and drone attacks on the energy infrastructure.
