Russia will not capture the entire Donetsk region: expert named real terms and reasons.
According to FREEДOM: The Russian Federation does not have sufficient resources to capture the entire Donetsk region. According to military expert Vladyslav Seleznev, over the four years of war, the Russian Federation has managed to seize only a third of the territory of the region. For the remaining part, it will take at least another four years of active efforts.
'The enemy is already facing a shortage of resources for further offensive actions. The Russian army will find it very difficult to capture the most well-equipped territories in terms of engineering and fortification, which are located in major cities and industrial zones,' the expert explained.
According to Vladyslav Seleznev's assessment, the Russian Federation is already feeling a lack of resources for further active offensive operations, so it will be very difficult to seize the remaining part of the Donetsk region.
