According to Vitaliy Dyakivnych, head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, significant infrastructure damage was recorded by 3:25 AM.
“As a result of the enemy attack in the Poltava community, damage to residential buildings and a hotel has been recorded. Fires have broken out,”he stated. An updated report followed at 3:47 AM.
