The Ukrainian forces eliminated 920 Russian occupiers

In the last 24 hours, Ukrainian forces eliminated 920 Russian occupiers on the front, destroyed five units of armoured vehicles, and shot down 260 drones. This was reported today, August 20, by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

Combat losses of the enemy

  • personnel — about 1,072,700 (+920) people;
  • tanks — 11,119 (+1) units;
  • armoured fighting vehicles — 23,152 (+4) units;
  • artillery systems — 31,748 (+50) units;
  • MLRS — 1,470 units;
  • anti-aircraft systems — 1,208 units;
  • aircraft — 422 units;
  • helicopters — 340 units;
  • operational-tactical UAVs — 52,154 (+260) units;
  • cruise missiles — 3,565 (+7) units;
  • ships/boats — 28 units;
  • submarines — 1 unit;
  • automotive equipment and tank trucks — 59,202 (+142) units;
  • special equipment — 3,943 units.

As reported by military-political analyst Dmytro Sniehir, during the battles in the vicinity of Dobropillia in the Donetsk region, the Russian Federation suffered significant losses in personnel and military equipment. In addition, about 40 Russian soldiers were captured.
