Russia has changed its tactics in the Pokrovsk direction: mass offensive with equipment.
Activation of fighting in the Pokrovsk direction
According to inkorr.com: Combat actions have significantly intensified in the Pokrovsk sector, with more than a third of all clashes involving the 'East' group.
Russian occupiers have changed their tactics, abandoning infantry attacks in favor of the mass use of heavy equipment, said the spokesman for the 'East' military, Captain Grigoriy Shapoval, during a television interview.
'Instead of acting in small mobile groups, the enemy has recently preferred heavy equipment and a larger number of personnel,' Shapoval added.
Situation at the front
According to the spokesman, the Russian command has redeployed significant military forces to this direction. Although specific details are not disclosed for security reasons, the number of assaults and clashes has increased compared to the previous period.
Despite the difficult situation, Ukrainian troops have received reinforcements in the form of additional units and assault groups, as well as support from UAV forces. Shapoval noted that the situation is complicated, but it remains under the control of Ukrainian defenders.
In the Pokrovsk direction, an increase in hostilities is observed, with the occupiers changing tactics by employing more heavy equipment. Ukrainian forces have received additional units to maintain security at the front. This indicates the seriousness of the situation, which may affect the further development of the conflict in the region, as new challenges will require coordinated actions from the Ukrainian military to maintain resilience along the front line.
