Russia made its first statements after negotiations in Riyadh.
The content of the talks in Saudi Arabia will not be disclosed - Peskov
Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov reported that the content of the talks in Saudi Arabia will not be disclosed due to their technical nature. He noted that contacts between Russia and the USA continue, but there is currently no specificity. The representative of the Russian authorities did not specify which countries further negotiations will be held with.
We will continue to do this, involving the international community, first of all, the United Nations and individual countries. Overall, the impression left was of such a constructive dialogue, which is needed and necessary. The Americans are also interested in this.
Karasin described the dialogue as 'not easy, but useful'. The outcomes of the Russian-American consultations have already been reported in Moscow and Washington, and their analysis is currently underway. According to Peskov, there are currently no plans for a trilateral meeting with Ukraine.
