According to UATV: On February 23 at 1:20 PM, Russian forces launched a drone strike in the village of Prylutove, located in the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv region. The attack targeted volunteer Denys Khrystov, who was in the process of evacuating local residents. The strike damaged his vehicle and left Khrystov himself wounded.
