According to UATV: On January 19, 2023, Russian forces launched an airstrike on the city of Kharkiv, employing guided aerial bombs. Three KAB-250 bombs struck the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv, completely destroying one private house. Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed that a direct hit leveled a residential building.
